What's going on here?

My main web site (recently redesigned!) has been a great place for me to publish my thoughts on the various CRM solutions available. I try to update that site continuously - but sometimes I do get behind. Also, the information there does follow the structured format of my review process, so there is less free-form rambling. Finally, there has been no good way for you readers to share your views (in a forum other readers can see) on the various CRM solutions.

So, I decided to add this blog as a companion site to SellMoreNow.com. I will use the blog to let you know about major updates on that site. But you can also use the comments feature of this blog to put in your own two cents. I also encourage you to ask questions via these comments. Please note: I am not trying to replace or compete with the vendor's own technical support sites. If you have a tough issue NOT being addressed by those sites, throw it up here. However, I think it will be more interesting for everyone if we try to focus on the business issues of using CRM that are not being addressed anywhere else.

I will also start posting the better questions that many of you already email me (rich@sellmorenow.com) so that I can open those topics up for group discussion.

Naturally, in the spirit of blogging, I will probably share a few other rants and raves with you!
